Module/Blog 3 Assignment: Abstract Images

Abstract Art comes in endless forms. To make something from nothing into what we can see in reality is quite impressive. Personally, it is one of my favorite types of art to do because it allows me to bring out inner creativity, with a lot of trial and error to make your perfect piece, of course! It reminds me of music in a way. With music, you start with nothing, no shape, environment, and you have to make it all yourself or others. To me, music can be considered abstract art. As for actual abstract art, the look, feeling, and color patterns matter a lot, and it does also depend on the tastes of a person who judges abstract art. The reason is that everyone has their preferences and thoughts, especially if they don't understand the abstract art presented to them. I wouldn't know how to feel if given an abstract art I had no understanding of. I probably would ask to get a better idea of what the artist was trying to create. As for abstract art texture, I like physical and aesthetic textures made of abstract art. It shows the environment they created more and gives a new level of design that most people could just playoff. The link provided in this assignment shows a lot of forms of very diverse abstract art. Each piece had given off a good sense of sensa, with fascinating and creative figures, lines, waves, stacking, etc. When looking through this art, I had also realized that the coloring was straightforward on the eyes. There were no really bright and too vibrant colors used in these abstracts and some perfect black and white ones. I prefer the abstracts that are only in black and white, they look a lot more interesting to me, and they seem to have an outstanding design (the reason would be is that they would have to be careful not to mesh the shades of black).

This art I had chosen from the given website, Black Untitled, made in 1948 by Willem de Kooning, emphasizes black and white abstract art. He used white as his figures, provided a look of texture within his art, and used creativity to make his figures and shapes to reality with this painting.
